| Travel Expenses | ||||||||||||||
| In a continuing effort to save you money, we bill all travel expenses at cost. These expenses include car rental, meals, lodging, airfare, tolls and parking etc. Our company car is charged at $ .48 per mile. Travel expenses are a major cost for service work so we strive to keep them at a minimum. We've found dividing travel costs between multiple customers in the same geographic area yields additional savings. Hansvedt EDM maintains a database of customers to contact when we will be traveling in certain areas. Engineering Rates |

| Engineering services are quoted on an individual basis. Typically engineering services are charged per day or week at our normal rates. Lengthy projects, of course, are discounted to industry competitive rates. Just a phone call and a conversation or two will usually settle the terms of the work to be do. We try to make the entire process a rewarding experience so you'll call us first whenever you require service. | ||||||||||||||
Rebuild Rates |

| Rebuild labor rates are in effect for an eight hour day, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours are charged at the overtime rate. All over time must be agreed to in advance. | ||||||||||||||
| Phone Consulting | ||||||||||||||
| Many times we can help customers isolate a
problem to a board or component over the phone, but it helps if you can do some
preliminary checks before you call. It is a great benefit if you have service manuals or
schematics and a good digital voltmeter and know about basic electrical systems. The better we understand your situation, the better chance we have of being successful in getting your machine operational. Inquiries by FAX will get you the best results in most cases because it allows us the opportunity to discuss the problem and respond at our convenience during the day. However, we always welcome your phone call and will help you if we can. FAX responses are normally same day but guaranteed within 24 hours if received Monday through Thursday by 5pm Central time. Sometimes a problem can require extensive phone time and consulting charges may result. Such charges are discussed with you and you'll never receive an unexpected bill for phone or fax consulting. This method often can resolve a problem before a service call can be scheduled saving you valuable down time. We'll work with you throughout the day to help solve your problem. If a service call becomes necessary, the phone and fax consulting charges are waived. New Hansvedt EDM customers receive free initial consultations and we make every effort to insure you the very best service possible. |

| Shipping | ||||||||||||||
| All items shipped from our location are FOB Rantoul, Illinois. We can make just about any arrangement necessary to insure your products or goods arrive where and when you need them. All shipping costs and related matters must be discussed in advance to insure costs are proper and reasonable. It is well to remember that proper planning and scheduling makes us all less vulnerable to delays caused by strikes, accidents or any number of causes including weather. As such, all shipping dates are approximate and subject such delays. | ||||||||||||||
| Billing | ||||||||||||||
| Payment is due upon completion of the service call. Net 10 days billing can be arranged, in advance, to customers of known good credit. 2% per month will be added to account over 30 days. VISA and MasterCard accepted. | ||||||||||||||
