| HOW SOON AND WHAT DOES IT COST? | ||||||
| We are the fastest responding EDM service organization you will find. Many times we can help customers over the phone isolate a problem to a board or component, but when problems are more severe, we can make a flying trip right to your doorstep. Really, we have our own private plane and were not afraid to use it! Some customers prefer to ship their equipment to us for repair at our facility where we have test fixtures, machines, parts inventory and a huge technical library. | Our staff has been involved in the manufacturing, service, and engineering of EDM equipment for over fifty years. We are well equipped to do service and repair, preventative maintenance, reliability upgrades, installations, machine rebuilds, application specific modifications, power supply refurbishment and custom engineering projects. | Many times we can help customers isolate a
problem to a board or component over the phone, but it helps if you can do some
preliminary checks before you call. It is a great benefit if you have service manuals or
schematics and a good digital voltmeter and know about basic electrical systems. The better we understand your situation, the better chance we have of being successful in getting your machine operational. Inquiries by FAX will get you the best results in most cases because it allows us the opportunity to discuss the problem and respond at our convenience during the day. However, we always welcome your phone call and will help you if we can. Troubleshooting Consulting Hours Telephone consulting hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (Central time). FAX consulting responses are normally same day but guaranteed within 24 hours if received Monday through Thursday by 5pm Central time. |
