SM30B EDM BOOSTER POWER SUPPLY

The SM30B EDM BOOSTER POWER SUPPLY provides additional power to speed up rough cutting operations.

Cutting current is increased up to 20 amps average and is displayed on a large character digital panel meter. Cutting amps can be adjusted with the POWER switch to compensate for ac line voltage, electrode/ workmetal material and polarity. Status lamps indicate the real-time cutting conditions and protection modes of the booster. The SM30B can be connected to many types of EDM power supplies including Hansvedt/ Hardinge, South Bend-Ingersoll, Cincinnati-Milacron and many others, including import models. Multiple SM30B Boosters can be connected in parallel when additional cutting power is needed. Fully protected with electronic overcurrent protection circuitry and thermal overload protection circuitry. Optical interface assures safe and reliable interaction with the main EDM power supply.
